We maintain player-facing pages for codes, tier lists, beginner routes, controls, videos, potions, materials, wands, gear, monsters, and bosses. If something is outdated or broken, your report can help us improve the guide for other players.

What to include in a report

The URL of the page you are reporting.
The exact code, race, potion, material, wand, gear item, monster, boss, control, or video you are talking about.
What is wrong or outdated.
What you saw in the current version of the game.
A safe screenshot link, if you have one. Do not include account details or private information.

What we cannot help with

WizardAlchemy.org is not official Roblox support and is not the official Wizard Alchemy developer team. We cannot recover Roblox accounts, issue Robux, grant races, add codes to your account, unban players, reverse trades, fix game purchases, or provide official Discord/Trello ownership verification.

For official account or platform problems, use Roblox support. For official game announcements, check the Roblox game description, official group, or in-game announcements first.

Important: Never email us your Roblox password, one-time code, recovery phrase, browser cookies, session token, payment details, or full home address. We do not need those details to fix a guide page.

Common reasons to contact us

A Wizard Alchemy code expired

Email the code name, the reward it used to give, the page where you saw it, and what error message appears in-game.

A new code was released

Send the code, reward, and where it was announced. We prefer sources from the Roblox game description, official group, in-game notice, or verified developer channel.

A tier list note is wrong

Tell us which race, wand, potion, or build changed. Include the reason, such as a new update, new stat, new drop, or changed player testing.

A material or boss drop changed

Send the monster or boss name, the drop, and what you observed. Drop data can be uncertain, so multiple reports are useful.

A video is outdated or unavailable

Send the page URL and the video title. We may replace it with a more useful community guide or remove it if it no longer helps players.

A legal or privacy request

Email support@wizardalchemy.org with a clear subject line so we can route the request correctly.
